History Sessions (Organizers) allows the Administrator to organize specific workflow runs into groups. This makes it easier to review the History information instead of scrolling through a long list of executed workflows.

Sessions can be renamed and set Active. If there are multiple sessions created, the current Session that is set to Active is where the next executed workflow stores its History information. This allows the Administrator to switch between Organizer Sessions depending on the workflow being executed.

Workflow History items cannot be deleted. Therefore, the Session Organizer cannot be deleted after a Workflow has executed against it.
